Safety
The Health and Safety
Program provides standards, set expectations, and provide guidance for
the Directors and Managers; to assist them in their efforts to provide a
safe and healthy working environment for all employees and volunteers;
to protect borough property from damage and loss; and to promote the
safety of all employees in our operations and the public utilizing
borough facilities.
All employees are encouraged to participate, cooperate and support the Borough’s goal of a healthy and accident-free work place. Individually and collectively, all employees have roles and responsibilities in working towards the program objectives to provide safe, healthy, and productive workplaces for themselves and safe and efficient service to our customers, the General Public.
