(located northeast of the Old College Road and new College Road intersection)

V022-2000 A request by Ed Arobio for a front yard setback variance of five (5) feet to the Rural Estate-2 front yard requirement of thirty-five (35) feet for an existing structure located thirty (30) feet from the north lot line of Lot 7, Block A, Park Forrest Subdivision. (located south of Red Ridge Road)

RZ019-2000 A request by Charles “Chick” Wallace to rezone Lots 1 – 3, Block 6, Westgate South, 1^st Addition, from Single Family 10 to Multiple Family Office or other appropriate zone. (located north of the Airport Way Frontage Road and west of Market Street)
