CU007-2000 A request by Ken Mendes for conditional use approval of a landscaping contractor’s office, material storage and shop area in the General Commercial zone (see RZ020-2000) on Lot 3, Tower Estates. (located north of Farmers Loop and east of McGrath Road)

CU008-2000 A request by Alden West and Barbara Mahr for conditional use approval of a major kennel for up to 50 dogs in the Rural Estate 4 zone on Lot 22, Block 2, Rosie Creek Subdivision. (located south of Rosie Creek Road and east of Livingston Loop)

RZ020-2000 A request by Ken Mendes to rezone Lot 3, Tower Estates from Rural Agriculture 5 to General Commercial or other appropriate zone. (located north of Farmers Loop and east of McGrath Road)
