V023-2000 A request by Joyce Parks for setback variances of 15 feet and 5 feet to the rear yard and front yard Multiple Family Office requirements of 20 feet, in order to construct a new single family home to within 5 feet of the south (rear) lot line and to within 15 feet of the north (front) lot line on Lot 16, Block 11, Rickert Subdivision. RZ024-2000 A request by the City of Fairbanks to rezone approximately 4.25 acres from Light Commercial to Outdoor Recreation on Tracts G2 and G3, ASLS 90-64. (located on the northwest corner of Mitchell Expressway and Lathrop Street)

OC011-2000 An Ordinance amending Title 18 to provide for rezonings with Special Limitations.

RZ011-99 A request by George Horner to rezone a portion of Tax Lots 849, 833, 837, 839, 847, and 834, Section 8, T.1S., R.1W., from Single Family 10, Two Family Residential, and Light Industrial, with 25 and 50 foot Outdoor Recreation zones, to Single Family 10, Two Family, and Light Industrial with a 25 foot Waterway Setback Overlay, or other appropriate zone.
