Formal Solicitations
A complete copy of construction bid documents is not currently available online.
However, Public Notices for current construction projects are available for viewing
below. Information on where to locate construction bid documents is included in
the Public Notice.
Copies of all IFBs and RFPs can also be picked up at the FNSB General Services Department, 809 Pioneer Road, Second Floor, Fairbanks, AK 99701. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
Copies of all formal procurements issued prior to May 1, 2004 are available from the FNSB General Services Department. Contact the department at (907)459-1297 or purchasing@co.fairbanks.ak.us for information on prior solicitations or general questions about General Services procurement activities. Obtaining solicitation packages from this web site DOES NOT add you to our mailing list unless you have registered. IFBs and RFPs are provided on this web site as a convenience to our vendors. The Purchasing Division will attempt to post all addenda to this site, time permitting. It is the vendors' responsibility to verify with the Purchasing Division that the vendor has received all amendments prior to submission of bid or proposal. Failure to do so may result in your bid or proposal being declared non-responsive and eliminated from consideration.
