(IFB’s) and Request for Proposal (RFP). For information regarding informal

Open Bids: Solicitations prior to bid opening or proposal due date.
Closed Bids: Solicitations post bid opening or proposal receipt date.

Please Note: Obtaining Solicitation packages from this web site DOES NOT add you to the our
mailing list unless you have requested to be added. The Purchasing Division will attempt
to post all addenda to this site, time permitting. It is the contractor’s responsibility to
verify with the Purchasing Division that the contractor has received all amendments
prior to submission of bid or proposal.
Failure to do so may result in your bid or proposal being declared
non-responsive and eliminated from consideration.
