Chena Riverbend Conceptual Plan (2004)

 The Old City of Fairbanks Landfill is part of the FNSB’s larger economic development project called the Chena Riverbend Project (CRB).  The CRB was a conceptual plan looking ot develop a community centerpiece highlighting the Chena River.  This 101 acre project was designed to ultimately enhance existing facilities along or adjacent to the Chena River, expand on tourism opportuniteis and promote the economic growth of our community.
